Woodlands View
WOODLANDS VIEW Woodlands View is locate on the resort of Terra Verde. It accommodates 12-14 people. It is a beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned house. It has six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. A fully screened pool and beyond that a beautiful view of the woodland area. The Villa also offers free local, long distance and international phone calls. High speed wireless internet. 30ft x 14ft pool and hot tub surrounded by an extended deck area and extended lanai with ceiling fans, deck tables and chairs so you can enjoy alfresco dinning under the stars. Removable safety gate, sun loungers and pool toys. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer with ice make and water dispencer, range cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, cafeteria, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. As well as ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. The villa also as a stereo system and a telephone with free local, long distance and international phone calls. High speed wireless internet. A breakfast table and chairs sit next to the french doors that lead out to the large deck area. The family room has a luxurious leather sofa . The other features of this room are the large french doors that lead out on to the pool area. A large flat screen cable TV, video player and DVD player. You will also find a variety of videos, DVD's, CDs books, puzzles and games for your entertainment pleasure. Just off the family room is located the utility room which has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The master suite is accessed from the family room and overlooks the pool area. It has a magnificent ornate four post bed with a canopy for you romantics out there. There is also a matching dressing table (with a TV and DVD player) and a ceiling fan. A large walk-in closet and a radio alarm clock just in case. The en suite bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and W.C. and a vanity unit with a hair dryer. The rest of the downstairs is taken up with the newly appointed games room. The games room hosts an 8ft Eliminator pool table, extreme air hockey and table soccer. The upstairs master suite is situated at the end of the corridor and will contain a wonderful four post king size bed, matching dressing table (with a large screen TV and DVD player), a large walk-in closet and a ceiling fan. The en suite has a bath with shower, W.C. and a vanity unit with a hair dryer. The Palm room contains twin beds, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player and a large closet plus a ceiling fan. This second twin room we call the boat room and it contains the same as the other twin room. The loft area has a splendid view of the family room below and is a great place for teenagers to hang out with its (king size) sleeper sofa. A desk with a cable TV, PS2 and games, video player plus an assortment of children's puzzles and games. The Queen room has a beautiful wrought iron queen size bed, dressing table, cable TV and DVD player along with a ceiling fan and a closet. The fourth bathroom has a bath, shower, W.C. and a vanity unit with a hair dryer. The third twin room - this room has a more formal feel to it. Twin beds and matching dresser, cable TV, DVD and a large closet. This ends the tour of Woodlands View, Terra Verde. We hope you like it as much as we do.
