WATERS EDGE
The pool is a standard 30ft x 14ft pool with a hot tub surrounded by an extended deck area and extended lanai with ceiling fans, deck tables and chairs so you can enjoy alfresco dinning under the stars. Removable safety gate, sun lounges' and pool toys. The villa has 4 on suite Master bedrooms. 3 King and 1 Queen plus 2 twin bed rooms all with TV, Cable and/or DVD's. Ceiling fans, dressers and a large closet. Waters Edge also has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer with ice makeer, range cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, cafeteria, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. As well as ample crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to use. The family room has a luxurious corner leather sofa. The other features of this room are the large french doors that lead out on to the pool area. A large flat screen cable TV, video player and DVD player. You will also find a variety of videos, DVD's, CDs books, puzzles and games for your entertainment pleasure. Just off the family room is located the utility room which has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The Formal living room boasts a soft comfy suite ideal to sit back and relax on while the children play in the games room. The master suite is accessed from the family room and overlooks the pool area. It has a magnificent half post king bed. There is also a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan .The dining area has a large table with six chairs for a more formal dining experience. The rest of this floor is taken up by the games room hosts an 8ft Eliminator pool table, extreme air hockey and table soccer. Upstairs located to the right, at the end of the corridor is the Queen Master bed room. With its lush red décor that follows through to the on suite bathroom, this is my favorite room in this house. Bedroom 3 in the Masters rooms has a lovely half 4 post bed, its own on suite bathroom and as with all the bedroom a ceiling fan. The final master bed, this room is located the far left of the second floor. This room has the largest king bed in it. The pastel room is a lovely bright bed room, with twin beds, chest of draws, bedside tables, large closet, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player. The second twin room which we call the Boat Room has the X box in it (the boys love this room!). This room contains the same as the pastel room and shares a bath room with it. Each Bathroom has a bath, shower, W.C. and a vanity unit with a hair dryer. Towels and face clothes are also provided for you to use. .
